Due to the perishable nature of our premium meat products, we cannot accept physical returns once an order has shipped; however, we are committed to your satisfaction and will replace or refund any items that do not meet our quality standards.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all vacuum-sealed steaks, roasts, and specialty meats are still cold and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document the Issue
If you notice damage or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery to assist our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our Tillman's Meats support team with your order number and photos to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and, if approved, will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no cost.
